WHAT?

HOW?

Sri Lanka (82/3) beat India (81/8) by 7 wickets to win the series by 2-1. The defeat brought an end to India's 8-series unbeaten run in T20I cricket.

WHO?

Dhananjaya de Silva (23 not out) and Wanindu Hasaranga (14 not out) finished the job by the 15th over to help Sri Lanka register their first T20I series win in two years.

India got off to a poor start with Shikhar Dhawan falling for a golden duck to Dushmantha Chameera in the first over. The skipper's dismissal triggered a dramatic batting collapse as the young batsmen failed to tackle the Lankan spinners for the second game in a row.
